  • Overseas a team of social media Volunteers.
  • Coordinate message strategy, ensure objectives are being met, support where needed. Filter and provide guidance on what to share, what not to share. Create guidelines, enforce.
  • Report on overall statistics, success, space for improvement.

REFINE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY

  • List up all the ways and how's and when to communicate (via email, end-of-year, special days like human rights day, holidays).
  • Manage and update communications and message schedule for the year.
  • Track and report on success of implementation.

Requirements: Good Communicator, Writer, Social Media Savvy

 
 

SECURE MUSIC RIGHTS

  • Pursue legal entities for music rights.
  • Building relationships with music rights management companies and musicians.
  • Report on # of success, music secured, ideas for moving forward.

Requirements: Good Communicator

 
 

CREATE CLIPS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Create 1 - 2min videos from all past & current OGA/PTG content.
  • Categorize by type, length and purpose -share with team for posting.
  • Report on number of videos, response of videos and any analytical data relevant.

Requirements: Video Editing Experience

COLLECT PARTNER MEDIA

  • Request and gather written interviews and images from all Partners, Celebs and BOA.
  • Edit and version / prepare media for deployment.
  • Report on # and effectiveness of partner media, ways for improvement.

COLLECT STATS / NEWS / BIG PICTURE

  • Finds inspiration and stats / news sources to share.
  • Be aware of up and coming key dates, events, holidays and milestones.
  • Review technique book for posting styles and ideas.
 
 

SHARING / POSTING (MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES)

AREAS: EOY / WORKSHOPS / PARTNERS / CELEB / BENEFICIARIES / VOLUNTEERS / CORE MSG / BOA

  • Pulls media from messages and drive, posts in all channels at set frequency.
